About Your Writer

I have always wanted to be a writer since I was a kid, but I was told "writers don't make any money."  I found a love for science and helping people. I became a nurse and have been a nurse for almost 10 years. Primarily, my nursing experience has been in the home-setting,  caring for special needs adults and children. When I am not busy with my business, I enjoy spending time with the ones I love most, especially my two dogs Brady and Baxter. I love exercise, podcasts, reading, kayaking, meditation and DIY projects.

What is the meaning of Rael Thymes?

It honestly came to me in a dream! I selected the name "Rael" for the play on words with "real" and "Rae" from the beginning of my name. I chose "Thymes" for the play on words with the herb, which is symbolic of holistic wellness, and "times" to indicate written publications or news. I wanted to pick a name that had meaning and aligned with my mission.
